Business Development Director
Job Description:
● Lead the three years business plan
preparation, including the Profit & Loss, cash flow, channel development , product
mix roadmap , product marketing etc, and be responsible for the execution after the
plan is approved .
● Develop various sales channel (retailer, online, reps,
OEM) to grow both own Brand and OEM brand business, and meet annual/quarterly sales
budget.
● Market info collection, including the consumer demand,
competitor activity, new regulation and share with HQ in time.
● Develop
three years product roadmap and collectively work with HQ for the new product
planning, key tollgate review and new product launching activity.
● Collaborate with President to set up the right price policy for the healthy
growth.
● Make three month sales forecast, and be responsible to
control the inventory.
● Develop and implement Marketing plan in line with
company overall brand position strategy.
● Comply with all company policy and
procedure as related to sale, marketing, price, and expense etc.
● Special
project as assigned by the company.
Qualification Requirements:
● Education: College degree.
● Experience: 5 years
experience in the sale, and product planning work from the home appliances
industry. Knowledgeable about the appliance industry of the North American
market. An exceptional candidate will have experience in consumer-electric
industry.
● Skills: Strategic thinking; Open mind for the new
challenge; Good understanding of costing, margins, budgeting and cash
flow;
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to
interface with all levels; Strong leadership and self-discipline management .
● Available to travel as requested.
